Business Performance Management The basic premise behind Business Process Management (BPM) is that most things a company does can be boiled down to a repeated, sustained process. As such, they can be technologically tracked, examined and refined. The goals: to standardize procedures and spread best business practices throughout an organization, thereby cutting costs, pleasing customers, and slashing cycle times.
